Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and lead business development activities including client engagement, proposals, presentations, and project capture and execution.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor aligning engineering solutions with regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and resilience strategies.
  • •Provide proactive leadership for the civil engineering discipline, directing expertise to achieve deliverables and work site outcomes.
  • •Perform engineering review of permit applications, design plans/specifications, standby plans, engineering contracts, integrated management plans, and periodic construction inspections.
  • •Lead civil engineering projects by managing budgets, timelines, financial performance, external factors, and supervising subcontractors and staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Project manager experience balancing technical delivery and client engagement.
