Job Summary

Analyst role within the Portfolio Monitoring Unit to track revolving credit portfolio performance, build and maintain financial models, and deliver quarterly Investment Committee reviews. You will assess portfolio company performance, evaluate financial and commercial risk, and engage with portfolio companies to inform refinancing, restructurings, or exits within a collaborative, growth-focused team at KKR.

Key Responsibilities

•Assessment of underlying portfolio company performance, through detailed financial statement evaluation.
•Financial and commercial risk assessment of companies, feeding into portfolio risks.
•Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
•Ongoing valuation analysis, including Discounted Cash Flow, Relative Value, Enterprise Value Waterfall assessment.
•Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committee.

Key Requirements

•3+ years relevant experience (i.e. investment banking, private equity, corporate / leveraged lending, corporate finance, transaction services, restructuring, corporate audit and valuations). Portfolio and credit risk experience highly valued.
•Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CFA, ACCA or similar).
•Analytical and inquiring mindset, with a willingness to develop new skills.
•Strong academic background with graduate degree preferred.
•Commercial awareness and a good understanding of financial statements and structures; financial modelling experience.
