Sales Associate (Part-Time) - St. Johns Town Center

Drive sales goals at the store by delivering an authentic, guest-first ALO experience through product education, community and culture storytelling, and genuine connection. Lead and exceed sales targets by supporting Flow initiatives while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports and execute action plans, ensure sales floor coverage, and support shipment, merchandising, and front/back-of-house procedures.
