Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day LMS/LXP administrator for QREL, managing learner-facing configuration, accounts, access, enrollments/transfers, and smart groups/learning paths.
  • •Coordinate the QREL training calendar, scheduling sessions and assessments, sending communications, tracking attendance, and managing waitlists and cohort capacity.
  • •Author, build, and publish learning content in the LMS/LXP using native authoring tools; manage metadata taxonomy and content version control; run content audits and validate SCORM uploads with acceptance criteria.
  • •Build, maintain, and update QREL dashboards and operational reports in LMS/LXP Insights and Power BI, monitoring key metrics and escalating data anomalies with recommended actions.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for learner queries and access/platform questions, liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate publishing and consistent learner experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Learning and Development, Education, or related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of professional experience in learning administration, LMS/LXP management, or digital learning operations.
  • •Demonstrated working knowledge administering an LMS/LXP (e.g., Sana or Cornerstone), including learner account management, content publishing, enrolment configuration, and reporting.
  • •Experience uploading, configuring, and troubleshooting SCORM content within an LMS/LXP environment.
  • •Proficiency building dashboards and reports using LMS/LXP Insights, Power BI, or equivalent data visualization tools.
