Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold safety for self and others and perform multi-craft facilities maintenance focused on HVAC and chiller operations.
  • •Lead installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, chillers, plumbing systems, and building assets.
  • •Perform PdM routes using PdM technologies (Steam Trap, vibrations, Comp Air Audits) and assist with preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing utility distribution systems, provide root-cause analysis support, and minimize production downtime.
  • •Maintain detailed records of work performed using CMMS and equipment/work logs; work from drawings, schematics, and verbal instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Two-year Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology (or equivalent) plus at least 1 year of experience.
  • •Alternatively, a certified machine repair apprenticeship (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years of experience.
  • •Alternatively, at least 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance or manufacturing operational experience.
  • •Experience with setup and operation of machining and shop tools.
