Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a large portion of one product and drive end-to-end projects, including researching competitors, writing product specs, and building wireframes
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features with high quality and velocity
  • •Design and implement reusable building blocks and abstractions that can be leveraged across the product
  • •Contribute to product strategy and decision-making with clear, concise communication
  • •Participate in interviews and onboarding to help scale the team and maintain Ashby’s engineering culture
