Senior Managing Counsel, Regulatory

Serve as lead regulatory counsel for Mastercard’s digital assets initiatives globally, owning regulatory strategy, licensing, supervisory engagement, and compliance management. Oversee regulatory workstreams for digital assets M&A integrations, including examination support, remediation and supervisory reporting. Lead a global team of regulatory counsel and compliance professionals, advise business and product leaders, manage external counsel across jurisdictions, and translate multi-regime guidance into executable controls.
