Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production for Anthropic's core events portfolio, including conferences, keynotes, summits, and tentpole moments, from pre-production through execution.
  • •Develop and manage all production documentation, including run-of-show scripts, cue sheets, production schedules, stage plots, and technical riders.
  • •Lead the creative and technical vision for stage design, lighting, audio, video, and scenic elements in partnership with internal creative teams and external production vendors.
  • •Direct rehearsals and speaker preparation sessions, providing coaching and feedback to ensure polished, confident presentations.
  • •Serve as the primary show caller or production lead on-site, coordinating all technical cues and managing real-time production decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 255,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong portfolio of produced events showing ability to manage complex, multi-element productions from concept through execution.
  • •Deep knowledge of technical production disciplines including audio, video, lighting, LED, staging, and content playback systems.
  • •Experience developing run-of-show documents and calling/directing live shows.
  • •Expertise in speaker preparation and coaching for executives and subject-matter experts.
  • •Proven project management skills to juggle multiple concurrent productions with competing timelines and stakeholders.
