Key Responsibilities

•Build and grow a local engineering team to support transportation client needs.
•Lead tasks and design teams through preliminary design, final design, and contract documentation including cost estimates and specifications.
•Provide technical expertise and propose solutions to technical issues during design.
•Use client relationships to achieve business development goals and develop working relationships with clients and consultant partners.
•Collaborate across disciplines (e.g., drainage, structures) and exercise responsible, ethical decision-making.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
•10+ years of experience in the transportation engineering field.

•Professional Engineer’s License in Illinois or Missouri (desired).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
