Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
  • •Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
  • •Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
  • •Provide fast, ad hoc decision support focused on business drivers and actionable insights within a 24-hour SLA.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
  • •Strong SQL skills with Snowflake, Starburst, or similar; able to write and optimize complex queries independently.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
  • •Self-directed problem solver who can scope ambiguous business questions, pull data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English, comfortable presenting findings to US-based leaders and stakeholders across time zones.
