Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop the Category Management team in Poland (onboarding, goal setting, mentoring, performance management).
  • •Own the Category Management roadmap for top partners across Groceries, Retail, and Specialties, prioritizing highest-impact initiatives.
  • •Define and own assortment onboarding and catalog change-request processes, including templates, guidelines compliance, and partner education/prevention.
  • •Decompose partner performance (funnel, pricing, availability, assortment) to identify assortment gaps and out-of-stock drivers and collaborate to close issues with timelines.
  • •Own team KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, ATC, null search rate, out-of-stocks, replacement logic) and scale impact through automation/AI reporting (dashboards, alerts, self-serve).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Category Management within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG, with hands-on ownership of catalog & assortment (complex assortment is a plus).
  • •Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing performance of a team (leading 3-4 people).
  • •Advanced proficiency with SQL or BI tools (advanced Looker experience is a plus) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • •Ability to decompose performance (funnel, pricing, availability, assortment) and translate data into business impact.
  • •Native fluency in Polish and full proficiency in English is required.
