Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of middle market accounts, including placement and service to ensure client results are maintained.
•Collaborate with Account Executives and Producers to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
•Prepare, review, and approve client-ready documentation such as proposals and analyses.
•Participate in client and prospect meetings and market submissions; negotiate terms with underwriters.
•Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Brokers and broking support teams, promoting professionalism and ethical standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6+ years of relevant insurance P&C experience and knowledge of Casualty and Property coverages.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
•Willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with carriers, Account Executives, and Producers.
•Ability to manage a complex portfolio of Middle Market P&C accounts and deliver client results.
