Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver semi-annual Company Kickoffs and support annual planning and quarterly ELT Strategy Days.
  • •Own end-to-end preparation of board materials, including storylines and reconciled metrics across Finance, GTM, and Product reporting.
  • •Drive executive operating rhythm (Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking) and track action items through closure.
  • •Take ownership of ambiguous cross-functional special projects, structuring work with clear charters and measurable outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain AI-enabled company operations workflows for meeting prep, action tracking, metric summaries, reporting pulls, and first-draft communications with human review guardrails.
