Key Responsibilities

•Build Referral Partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations, educating providers on Sailor Health’s services and referral workflows
•Own Territory Growth by developing new partnerships and driving outreach to increase referral volume across the market
•Operate in the Field by meeting partners 4–5 days per week and attending community events and provider meetings
•Collaborate Cross-Functionally with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding experience and refine outreach processes
•Present to diverse providers (from large groups to solo PCPs) and manage follow-up strategically to drive local market activation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually

•Strong, proven ability to build relationships from scratch in high-activity sales/development roles (medical sales, pharma, recruiting, business development, or community organizing)

•Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership
•Exceptional attention to detail; organized CRM maintenance and high-quality stakeholder experience
•Genuine belief in the mission of senior behavioral health and ability to advocate for underserved older adults
