Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables including journal entries, account reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and financial reporting support in compliance with US GAAP.
  • •Prepare and maintain well-supported account reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • •Research complex or non-routine accounting transactions, determine appropriate treatment, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain accounting processes, internal controls, and system procedures; assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance framework.
  • •Support interim and annual external audits and participate in acquisition-related accounting and integration activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • •3+ years of progressive experience in public and/or corporate accounting.
  • •Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting principles, monthly close, and account reconciliations.
  • •Understanding of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance concepts.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft AX Dynamics (D365) preferred and Power BI/reporting automation is a plus.
