Cost Manager - Commercial Developer

Lead cost management for commercial development projects, supporting feasibility studies, procurement reporting, cost planning, tendering, and post-contract variance control. Produce and present monthly cost reports, conduct valuations and cost checks, and contribute to value engineering. Coordinate with clients and consultants across project stages, help negotiate final accounts, and manage accountability within the cost management team, while improving procedures and tracking financial performance in FMS.
