Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via qualification processes, conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charter and integrated timeline; ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings, collaborate on solutions through implementation and completion, and coach others across the project management function.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; or a combination of experience and education in lieu of a degree.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • •Experience with RFPs and bid evaluations; ability to recommend resources to clients and develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • •Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, plus the ability to solve unique problems with standard and innovative solutions.
