Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent practical experience.

  • •Proven success delivering complex, customer-facing software through others.
  • •Strong software architecture and engineering fundamentals, with ability to guide technical decisions and learn new technologies quickly.
  • •Passion for AI with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools and prototyping or leading AI adoption; strong people leadership and communication.
