Telecommunications Analyst Principal

Lead a team of equipment technicians supporting telecommunications, security, and monitoring equipment across its lifecycle. Conduct triage, testing, repair, and maintenance, and provide guidance on analysis and modifications of complex equipment systems. Coordinate with supply chain and government property management to ensure assets are tracked and services are procured. Develop processes, cross-train staff, and use metrics to improve team efficiency while meeting contractual product lifecycle requirements.
