Job Summary

Lead electrical and control engineering for detergent production equipment, driving new equipment introductions and upgrades. Collaborate with overseas centers and suppliers to quickly and cost-effectively install capable production equipment and ensure smooth handover to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the electrical and control engineering aspects of new detergent production equipment from design through commissioning, ensuring equipment meets internal standards and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors (including overseas manufacturers).
•Plan and supervise installation, commissioning, and factory acceptance tests; manage project schedules and handover to manufacturing.
•Drive digitalization initiatives, analyze current work processes, plan and implement simplifications, and translate factory needs into software/applications for production use.
•Coordinate with overseas technical centers and suppliers to define specifications and deployment plans for equipment and digital tools.
•Oversee asset lifecycle for electrical/control equipment, including asset creation and disposal, to maintain up-to-date and cost-effective production capabilities.

Key Requirements

•University or graduate program in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or related field)
•2+ years of electrical/electronic control design experience
•2+ years of factory automation design experience
•Native Japanese or JLPT N1 level; TOEIC approx. 600+
•Ability to lead projects and communicate proactively across internal teams and external suppliers
