•Develop and deliver engineering design and documentation across mining, heavy industry and general industrial facilities from studies through to execution
•Develop and drive concept designs from scratch with a focus on innovation and safety
•Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, clients and key stakeholders to integrate designs
•Demonstrate knowledge of design, Australian Standards, ASME codes and API standards in project work
•Lead project tasks, review basis of design and vendor documents, and mentor junior staff

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering; 10+ years professional experience
•Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) qualification is essential; Chartered or professional member of relevant professional body
•Strong communication skills (oral and written)
•Commercial acumen and ability to develop a strong client base
•Experience in design and specification of structural engineering within a consulting environment
