Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of complex, voluminous enterprise proposals in collaboration with the Capture Manager and proposal experts.
  • •Develop proposal strategy to produce high-quality, compliant, compelling proposals that improve win probability.
  • •Manage and control proposal activities to ensure compliance and timely submissions against RFP requirements and the proposal schedule.
  • •Lead storyboard, proposal mock-up, and iteration development across all proposal volumes including cost, up to final submission.
  • •Conduct structured proposal kick-off meetings, manage proposal color reviews, and coach contributors (including SMEs and proposal center staff) in persuasive writing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science education.
  • •5+ years of related experience in managing and developing complex, voluminous proposals for opportunities over $100 million.
  • •Demonstrated experience creating proposal management artifacts (schedule, outline, compliance matrix, kick-off, storyboards, mockups, color review in-briefs/de-briefs).
  • •Apply formal proposal process rigor and demonstrate strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and judgment.
  • •Advanced MS Word and MS Office skills; US Citizenship required; hold a SECRET clearance to start and be willing to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI.
