Job Summary

Diagnose, repair, test, and validate 1X humanoid robots and subsystems to keep the deployed fleet running reliably. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-level failures, document root causes and corrective actions, and execute validation procedures to ensure robots meet operational performance requirements. The role partners with Engineering to improve serviceability, reliability, and the feedback loop from real-world fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete repairs and maintenance activities to return robots to service safely and efficiently.
•Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system-level failures and document root causes and corrective actions.
•Execute validation and test procedures to ensure repaired robots meet operational and performance requirements.
•Maintain accurate service records that support fleet reliability analysis and continuous product improvement.
•Identify recurring failure trends and provide actionable feedback to Engineering and Operations teams.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in robotics, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or another hands-on technical field.
•Experience assembling, maintaining, or repairing electromechanical systems.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
•Experience using measurement and diagnostic tools such as calipers, multimeters, and torque tools.
•Ability to work safely around electrical systems, lift components, and perform hands-on work for extended periods.
