Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and timely responses.
  • •Coordinate user setup and deliver training for client-facing payroll, reporting, HRIS, and service portal systems.
  • •Process payroll accurately and timely in accordance with regulations and company policies, including reviewing data and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Maintain and update HRIS employee records (new hires, terminations, status changes, and I-9 management).
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS/payroll system-related issues and manage/escalate client issues through documented processes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent education and/or job training experience.

  • •Familiarity with systems such as PRISM (preferred).
