Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business acquisition for enterprise and digital-native SME accounts, owning and executing go-to-market to build a pipeline from zero and achieve revenue targets.
•Independently lead complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
•Architect tailored solutions using ByteDance AI/ML, recommendation engines, video streaming, and cloud infrastructure, translating technical capabilities into clear business ROI.
•Develop deep understanding of regional e-commerce, retail, and media market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft winning value propositions.
•Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and partner with marketing on brand awareness activities such as conferences and executive roundtables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of B2B technology sales with a consistent quota overachievement track record.
•5+ years selling GenAI solutions, SaaS, or enterprise technology with demonstrated new logo acquisition success.
•Deep understanding of regional AI-native or digital-native industries (e-commerce, retail, media/entertainment, gaming, streaming) including key players, business models, and pain points.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English; high oral and written proficiency in Portuguese is beneficial for Brazil stakeholder communication.
