Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise IT strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap aligned to the growth plan.
  • •Design and stand up a scalable IT operating model for 2,000+ employees, including business platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, legal, collaboration).
  • •Lead responsible AI adoption across internal workflows and business platforms within security/governance standards.
  • •Own corporate infrastructure covering AI, cloud, networks, and the digital workplace; build global support/service delivery and escalation.
  • •Own IT service management maturity and enterprise data/analytics platform governance and self-service enablement; lead M&A IT integration playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 285,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in IT or business technology, including 5–7+ years in senior IT leadership.
  • •Proven experience scaling an IT function through significant headcount growth for the next stage of company size.
  • •Owner experience with M&A IT integration, ideally across multiple transactions.
  • •Business platform ownership spanning ERP, CRM, and the architecture connecting them.
  • •Experience partnering with security leadership (e.g., alongside a CISO) while operating within security standards and compliance regimes.
