•Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions across networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on-site by addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
•Manage end-to-end delivery for complex open source solutions, including architecture definition, specification and design, testing, and deployment.
•Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions professionally.
•Deliver on-time, in-scope project results and maintain standard documentation such as project journals and status reports.

•Excellent customer-facing skills, including presenting to customers and leading interactions.
•Strong infrastructure technology knowledge at a delivery level.

•Knowledge of Red Hat infrastructure solutions such as OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), or Ansible Automation Platform.
