Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and oversee the internal innovation structure for ECM, including defining and implementing an executable framework and supporting adoption of innovation programs across the enterprise.
  • •Design future-state operating models using technology and AI to improve efficiency, risk management, and decision-making; embed innovation alongside ECM delivery pillars and business teams.
  • •Deploy and integrate AI, analytics, and workflow solutions into enterprise platforms and business processes, including building prototypes and production-ready solutions with measurable value.
  • •Develop multi-year implementation roadmaps for transparent execution, automated workflow management, and uplifted controls, reporting, oversight, and monitoring.
  • •Partner with enterprise and hub & spoke change teams to drive adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback loops to improve readiness and value realization.

Key Requirements

  • •Set up and oversee internal innovation structure across ECM, defining and implementing an executable framework and adoption approach.
  • •Proven experience executing and implementing AI models and/or tooling, preferably within a change management context.
  • •Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to apply them for automation, RPA and AI enablement.
  • •Experience identifying, scoping, planning, and assessing change initiatives, including oversight of portfolio/program/change tools in a business context.
  • •Ability to translate complex business problems into pragmatic technical solutions and communicate clearly to both senior executives and technical practitioners.
