Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare foundation, steel structure, and concrete structure design calculation in compliance with industry standards.
  • •Perform analysis and design using software such as Space Gass, STAAD Pro, SACS, Tekla, E3D, or S3D.
  • •Prepare civil and structural drawings, specifications, and design calculations, including loads and structural member selection.
  • •Design shallow and deep foundations, concrete piles, underground concrete vaults and tunnels, slab reinforcement, and steel structures (including trusses and support towers).
  • •Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and apply Australian Standards and international codes while providing progress updates and ensuring health and safety in work practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of experience in structures engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil and a preferred master’s degree in civil/structures engineering.
  • •Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Familiarity with working in a LEAN environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Australian and/or EPCM experience in O&G/Power/Mining is an advantage.
