Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate new hire onboarding and support data gathering and reporting.
  • •Contribute to cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improvements across safety, quality, technical, problem solving, and leadership.
  • •Develop, deliver, and maintain training solutions with consistent formats and appropriate supplements (reference guides, video, verification tools).
  • •Ensure training materials are printed and training documentation on the production floor is up-to-date and properly located.
  • •Develop skills in training tools and methods (instructional design, OJT, video production, MS Forms, online/virtual forms, SCORM, and validation) and support training status reporting and verification of effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level role with demonstrated behavioral and technical skills to develop training material, facilitate groups, and assist with data gathering and reporting.
  • •Actively working toward a college degree in a technical discipline, HR organizational development, or an educational STEM field (preferred).
  • •Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Able to facilitate groups through training (e.g., onboarding) and communicate verbally and in writing with presentation skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and basic picture/video editing.
