Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform invoicing and reconcile supplier account statements, including discrepancy handling and supplier compliance (rebates, credit notes).
  • •Create and reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accounting accuracy and process supplier payment requests.
  • •Investigate and resolve claims with local suppliers.
  • •Perform product costing and maintain inventory integrity via regular inventory counts in line with agreed procedures.
  • •Conduct warehouse and store inventory valuations, calculate inventory ageing, produce inventory performance reports, and prepare journal vouchers (prepaids, accruals, OPEX).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years within Accountancy and Finance with experience in MS Excel.
  • •Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • •Delivers solutions and avoids bottlenecks to be solved.
  • •Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills; hands-on with tools; fluent English and Arabic (highly advantageous).
