Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off/Time Management.
  • •Resolve production issues and optimize SuccessFactors applications through continuous enhancements.
  • •Translate business requirements into system design specifications and detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and functional/technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • •Troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors integration issues and manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
  • •Experience across end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • •Valid SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance.
  • •Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions within SuccessFactors.
  • •Capability to interact with clients on blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
