Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and evolve highly scalable cloud-native services that power the SHOW Platform and enable interactive technical experiences.
  • •Lead technical initiatives from architecture through production, making engineering decisions across scalability, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed.
  • •Develop resilient distributed systems using event-driven architectures and Infrastructure as Code, continuously improving observability and automation.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and other Cisco teams to translate business needs into reusable software.
  • •Provide technical leadership via architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices to raise the team’s technical bar.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •6+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and operating production-grade software systems.
  • •Strong experience building cloud-native applications and distributed systems on public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • •Experience designing scalable APIs, asynchronous workflows, and modern software delivery pipelines using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • •Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and modern AI APIs as part of the engineering workflow.
