Job Summary

Drive sales growth and expand distribution of a leading wine and spirits portfolio across the Edmonton territory. Set and achieve retail objectives, launch new products, and execute merchandising and promotional programs aligned with national and regional strategies. Manage call account tracking, reports, shelving and display programs, and oversee advertising and promotion budgets. Work closely with internal teams to develop commercial plans, optimize profitability through negotiation and trade terms, and capture consumer/shopper insights.

•Promote and increase sales across the territory by executing national and regional marketing strategies and adhering to company policies, resources, and budgets.
•Expand distribution of core and agency brands in retail stores, private stores, and support licensees.
•Set sales objectives, oversee retail outlet activities, and manage the introduction of new products to the market.
•Implement merchandising and promotional programs, maintain call account tracking and administrative reports, and manage shelving and display programs.
•Oversee advertising and promotion budgets, develop commercial plans, and use negotiation and stakeholder relationships to optimize performance and profitability.

Salary: CAD 54,080 - 67,600

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of related outside sales experience.
•3+ years of related experience in the wine and spirits industry is an asset.
•University degree or relevant work experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organization and time-management skills.
