Job Summary

Support the Case Investigations & Enforcement (CIE) leadership team as an individual contributor by managing initiative intake, tracking, and status updates for a portfolio of initiatives. Create annual strategic plans and business integration plans with budget management, develop PowerPoint materials for town halls and leadership updates, and facilitate alignment across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams. Build business requirements for the CIE technology portfolio and define change-management processes to drive cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Support creation of annual strategic plans and business integration plans for the CIE leadership team, including financial budget management.
•Lead creation of PowerPoint materials for business updates such as town halls, executive leadership presentations, and OKR progress.
•Facilitate leadership alignment across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams.
•Develop and maintain initiative intake/tracking infrastructure, including progress tracking and status updates.
•Define and manage standardized change-management processes and monitor initiatives by tracking progress, escalating risks, and driving cross-functional execution.

Salary: USD 109,800 - 186,000 annually

•6+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or up to 3 years with a PhD.
•Highly analytical, leveraging data to conduct complex business case analysis, including financial cost/benefit analysis.
•Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate wider projects, delegate tasks, influence others, and potentially guide other CIE professionals.
•Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into successful deliverables.
