Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard potential quality clients with a focus on liability products in the Emirati & Islamic segment in the assigned region.
  • •Handle other product offerings such as personal loans, account opening, Wakala, and fixed deposits.
  • •Manage client relationships and support the client with service-related matters.
  • •Onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients.
  • •Collaborate with team to ensure smooth end-to-end onboarding and client servicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in relationship management within retail banking or financial services
  • •Knowledge of liability products (deposits, loans) and basic product cross-selling
  • •Ability to onboard clients and assist with account opening and product enrollment
  • •Understanding of Emirati and Islamic banking segments
  • •Strong customer service and client-management skills
