Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans for deficient areas and growth.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Support day-to-day store operations including shipment processing, product flow, visual merchandising placement, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures.
