Job Summary

Drive store sales and deliver an exceptional, guest-centered ALO experience through authentic product education and connection to ALO’s community and culture. Partner with store leadership to optimize productivity, improve sales-floor coverage, and analyze reports to support action plans. Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting retail environment while processing shipments, supporting product flow, and executing front- and back-of-house procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
•In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans for deficient areas and growth.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
•Support day-to-day store operations including shipment processing, product flow, visual merchandising placement, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20 hourly
