Senior Proposal Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end proposals and pursuit materials, working with technical staff and leadership to craft client-focused content that supports winning work. Maintain and update marketing and business development resources, write and edit proposal and award submissions, and assist with capture planning messaging and differentiators. Support market research and opportunity tracking, manage website and digital marketing content, and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality and on-time submissions.
