Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage purchasing of consumables and packaging materials for the distribution center.
  • •Ensure material availability for daily operations by monitoring usage, forecasting demand, and maintaining stock levels.
  • •Create and manage purchase orders in COUPA and ensure accuracy on pricing, quantities, and terms.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers on day-to-day issues, resolving delivery problems, quality concerns, and discrepancies.
  • •Track spend and PO status, support invoice checks with Finance, adhere to procurement policies, and identify cost-saving and process improvements.
