Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Agricultural Managers and site production/logistics to build the plan allocation strategy
  • •Manage harvest reports and dashboards to provide visibility of in natura volume, production tracking, sufficiency, and inventory
  • •Define processing strategy based on available capacities
  • •Direct buy/sell decisions in the market as needed to meet inventory policies
  • •Lead governance in-season (S&OE, Crop Plan, Supply Review) for plan updates (volume, risks, opportunities)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Agriculture or Rural Administration
  • •Experience in Supply Chain
  • •Experience in Planning and Control of Production and Inputs (ideally agricultural)
  • •Microsoft Office proficiency
  • •Desirable knowledge of agricultural operations (resource sizing, agrometeorology, planting/harvest schedules, field yield parameters)
  • •Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geospatial monitoring methods would be a plus
