Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day relationships with subcontractors supporting Public Sector programs, including defense primes and technical partners.
  • •Ensure each subcontractor understands scope, interfaces, deliverables, and how it fits into the overall technical solution.
  • •Translate prime contract milestones and program requirements into subcontractor deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Integrate subcontractor activities into the Integrated Master Schedule, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and schedule impacts.
  • •Drive accountability through status reporting, corrective actions, onboarding, and security/compliance flow-down, escalating issues before they impact government deliverables.
