Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full-cycle accounts receivable from quote-to-cash, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections follow-up.
  • •Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • •Design, maintain, audit, and document sales commission plans in spreadsheets and Odoo.
  • •Maintain clean data capture processes in Odoo in partnership with department leads for reliable reporting.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, and headcount reviews, and identify/document/automate repetitive finance processes using scripting and AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, finance, revenue operations, business operations, or consulting.
  • •Strong accounting fundamentals including GAAP basics, revenue recognition, and AR/AP processes.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs to improve workflows, including scripting/automation of repetitive tasks; ERP experience (preferably Odoo).
