Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out the role of Supervisor under NEC4 with ability to understand project documentation and on-site delivery.
  • •Lead project meetings, reporting, and client interfaces to ensure objectives and outcomes are delivered on time and to budget.
  • •Manage construction design and project documents to comply with project outcomes and statutory requirements.
  • •Travel to site to provide a site-based Supervisor resource as required.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the NEC Contracts and Contract Notices; manage key stakeholder relationships.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Candidates will ideally be degree qualified (Civil Engineering).
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus).
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation or ability to achieve accreditation.
  • •NEC Supervisor Accreditation.
  • •Preferred if chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.
