Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all process engineering activities supporting the FPSO bid and proposal development.
  • •Develop and maintain the process design basis, philosophies, design criteria, and key bid deliverables.
  • •Lead FPSO topsides process design development, including PFDs, UFDs, heat and material balances, and P&IDs.
  • •Ensure process safety and technical assurance via compliance with standards and participation in HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/LOPA studies.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and manage process requirements integration across vendors and delivery phases, maintaining deliverables in document systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •10-15 years of relevant oil & gas/offshore/FPSO experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting Concept, FEED, EPC, EPCI, or EPCM projects.
  • •Strong experience in FPSO topsides design and offshore process facilities.
  • •Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or UniSim (or equivalent).
