Source new mortgage loan business from leads generated inside and outside the bank, meeting with potential customers, reviewing applications, and guiding applicants on required documentation. Originate eligible loans, maintain production expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the mortgage process—from origination and analysis to loan closing. Stay current on lending standards and legal/regulatory requirements while presenting in a professional, ethical manner and protecting customer personal information.
