Job Summary

Drive enterprise DevSecOps transformation by embedding secure, AI-powered, and automated practices across the software delivery lifecycle. Standardize CI/CD pipelines and SDLC workflows, scale DevSecOps adoption, and enable AI/agentic workflows for code quality, security analysis, testing, and release validation. Lead governance and guardrails for responsible AI use, implement SAST/DAST/SCA/IaC scanning and secrets management, and deliver KPI-driven executive insights across Engineering, Security, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute enterprise DevSecOps strategy through standardized pipelines, architectures, and delivery roadmaps.
•Build and scale secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
•Embed AI across SDLC for code quality, security analysis, testing, and release validation, including AI-driven vulnerability prioritization and remediation.
•Implement SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and secrets management, and establish governance frameworks, guardrails, and compliance mechanisms.
•Track KPIs, provide executive-level insights, and drive adoption through enablement, coaching, and documentation across Engineering, Security, and Product teams.

Salary: INR 4,844,475 - 8,074,125 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD platforms with strong modern SDLC practices.
•Strong hands-on expertise with the GitHub ecosystem (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security).
•Proven track record embedding AI/automation into software delivery workflows, including agentic workflows.
•Strong application security knowledge across secure SDLC and supply chain security (e.g., OWASP).
•Experience implementing shift-left security, quality gates, and policy enforcement in CI/CD (including hands-on tools like Jenkins).
