Job Summary

Join TikTok Shop’s product and operations team as a PMO-style project intern supporting Korea-to-Japan cross-border BD and QA. You’ll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, localize seller-facing and internal materials between Korean and Japanese, build and maintain performance reports and dashboards, and help develop category/platform campaign groundwork. You’ll gain hands-on experience through short, impactful projects with real operational impact.

•Help develop business project strategy by analyzing root causes of issues and recommending solutions to the operations team.
•Participate in groundwork and execute category/platform campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.

•Korean proficiency at conversational level or above (reading, writing, and speaking) to support Korean sellers and market.
•Japanese proficiency at conversational level or above (read and write) to support Japan local market.
