Job Summary

Lead Fleetio’s telematics and connected-vehicle data strategy end to end—from capturing real-time vehicle data from hardware/data sources to defining the products built on top. Own the vision, roadmap, connected hardware strategy, and partner ecosystem, including white-label/OEM relationships. Drive 0→1 discovery and delivery across live fleet visualization, mapping, location intelligence/geofencing, and vehicle health insights, while standardizing data for reliable, actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics and connected-vehicle data end to end, from data ingestion to products built on top.
•Own connected hardware strategy, including white-label and OEM device relationships.
•Build data partnerships sourcing telematics/OEM/connected-vehicle data from the source so fleets can connect.
•Lead 0→1 discovery and delivery of experiences enabled by this data, including live fleet visualization/mapping, location intelligence and geofencing, and vehicle health and sensor insights.
•Standardize and operationalize the data so it is trustworthy, comparable, and actionable across Fleetio; partner with Design and GTM teams on adoption and retention.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product management shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership of technically complex product areas.
•Experience leading ambiguous 0→1 (or early-stage 1→n) bets with meaningful company impact and high autonomy.
•Experience with telematics, connected vehicles, OEM, or IoT/connected-device data and the products built on top.
•Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
