Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate and timely records of financial transactions and issue timely financial statements
  • •Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy of entries in the accounting system
  • •Develop and maintain documented accounting policies and procedures, including controls over accounting transactions
  • •Manage accounting operations for subsidiary entities, including month-end and year-end reporting preparation and compilation
  • •Coordinate budgets and forecasts, calculate variances, and manage AP payments including timely debt payments

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, or equivalent business experience
  • •Minimum 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience
  • •Experience working with multiple legal entities under a legal umbrella
  • •Experience with financial reporting requirements and full cycle accounting close
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in GAAP and bookkeeping procedures, including maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
