Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and develop engaging curriculum and educational opportunities using problem-based learning.
  • •Create and manage a structured daily schedule and oversee quiet time for children.
  • •Track each child’s progress, interests, and concerns; maintain incident documentation when needed.
  • •Supervise recess, interact with children during games or free play, and monitor/resolve disputes.
  • •Communicate with parents about emergencies and progress updates; respond promptly to parent inquiries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Elementary Education or a related field.
  • •Institute teacher certification required prior to employment (requirements vary by state).
  • •CPR Certified.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • •Proficient in Google Suite and willing to learn new technology programs.
